1. Minimum Age 16: Rendxi is not intended for users under 16. If we learn we collected personal data from someone under 16, we will take steps to delete it.
2. Information You Provide: We may process the text prompts you enter and images you upload for image generation. If you contact support, we may collect the information you include in your message.
3. Generated Content & History: The app may store generated images and related metadata (such as prompts, creation time, and settings) on your device and/or within the app’s local database for features like history and results.
4. Device Permissions: If you enable them, the app may access your camera and photo library to select input images and save generated images. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
5. Payments & Subscriptions: Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store provider. We do not receive your full payment card details, but we may receive purchase status information (e.g., subscription active/expired) to unlock features.
6. Usage & Diagnostics Data: We may collect basic technical information (e.g., device type, OS version, crash logs) to improve stability, performance, and user experience.
7. How We Use Information: We use information to operate the Service, generate images you request, maintain your coin/VIP status, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve features.
8. AI Processing & Third Parties: Your Inputs may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate Outputs. These providers process data to perform the requested generation.
9. Data Retention: We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including maintaining history/features, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
10. Security: We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
11. Your Choices & Rights: You can delete local content (e.g., image history) within the app where available, revoke permissions in device settings, and contact us to ask questions about privacy or request assistance.
