Welcome to Rendxi! This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms for purchasing and using Rendxi VIP subscriptions (“VIP Subscription”) within the Rendxi app (“Service”). By starting a VIP Subscription, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Subscription Plans & Pricing: VIP Subscriptions are offered in the following plans (prices shown in USD):
Monthly Subscription: $11.00 per month
Semi-Annual Subscription: $47.00 for 6 months
Annual Subscription: $82.00 for 12 months
2. VIP Benefits (Entitlements): While your VIP Subscription is active, you receive:
Unlimited image generation (no coin consumption for supported generation actions)
Full access to all styles and prompt templates available in the app
High-definition output support (where supported by the Service)
Priority processing (faster generation when capacity allows)
Early access to new features and improvements (when offered)
3. Billing & Payment Processing: Payments are processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store). Your payment method is charged at confirmation of purchase. We do not collect your full payment card details.
4. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5. Renewal Timing & Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the current price for your selected plan unless otherwise disclosed.
6. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription: You can manage, cancel, or change your subscription in your device’s subscription settings (e.g., Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
7. Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, your VIP benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period. After the period ends, VIP benefits will stop and standard (non-VIP) rules apply.
8. Changes to Plans or Benefits: We may update pricing, plan availability, or benefits in the future. Changes will apply to new purchases and renewals as permitted by the app store’s rules and applicable law.
9. Refunds: Refunds are handled by the app store and are subject to its refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly if the purchase was processed by the app store.
10. Service Availability: VIP benefits depend on Service availability and technical constraints. We may suspend or limit features to maintain security, comply with law, or prevent abuse.
11. Fair Use & Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse VIP access (e.g., automated scraping, abusive requests, or attempts to bypass system controls). We may restrict access for violations.
