1. Eligibility (Minimum Age 16): You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Rendxi, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Account & Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device/account access and for all activity that occurs under your use of the Service.
3. Service Description: Rendxi provides AI-powered image generation features, including text-to-image and image-to-image functionality, and may offer virtual coins and VIP subscriptions.
4. Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to interfere with its operation, bypass restrictions, or access non-public systems or data.
5. User Content & Inputs: You are responsible for prompts, images, and any materials you submit (“Inputs”). You must have the rights to use your Inputs and allow processing by the Service.
6. Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the Service to create or request content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or is abusive, harassing, or harmful.
7. Generated Output: AI-generated images (“Outputs”) may be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use Outputs and for verifying suitability before relying on them.
8. Payments, Coins, and VIP: Purchases (including coins and VIP subscriptions) are processed through the applicable app store. All sales are handled according to the store’s rules. Availability and pricing may change.
9. Refunds & Billing: Refund requests are subject to the app store’s refund policies. For subscriptions, cancellation and renewal are managed through your app store account settings.
10. Intellectual Property: The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by Rendxi or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability & Changes: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rendxi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may modify the Service or these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
